PRISM Summer School 2019
The topic of this year’s PRISM-SAOT Summer-School was modern methods for the manipulation of light and how these can be used in materials processing. Six doctoral candidates together with their supervisor Prof. Michael Schmidt from SAOT were invited to the University of Princeton to give talks and elaborate business and research plans based on advanced optical technology. Moreover, the social program gave the great opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas with PhD Students from Princeton University while visiting the representative campus where historic architecture meets state of the art technologies.
