32nd SAOT Workshop – “Additive Manufacturing – Experimental process development”
The 32nd International SAOT Workshop, chaired by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Schmidt, took place at the Institute of Photonic Technologies (LPT) in Erlangen, Germany (December 2-3, 2019). 70 people took part in the two-day workshop, which highlighted state-of-the-art research on the topic of additive manufacturing. Besides the scientific program, an evening trip to Nürnberg could be used to maintain old contacts and make new ones. Thereby, also the Christmas spirit on the famous ‘Christkindlesmarkt’ could be enjoyed.
