On October 2nd, around 20 pupils aged eight to ten visited our panOPTICUM science center.
Their visit was part of the Kinderuni Erlangen 2023, a new FAU format in which children get an insight into the work and research of the university.
Dr. Max Gmelch gave a tour about the wonders of light and where to find them. The young guests experimented with glow-in-the-dark stickers, microscopes and lasers, and finally took a look at their own breath.
